Confidentiality

Pacific Dreams maintains client confidentiality as a top priority. We guarantee strict confidentiality on all spoken, electronically transmitted, and hard copy communications. When requesting a translation quotation, we ask that prospective clients submit a copy of the document(s) so that we may prepare a quotation. If the quotation is accepted, both parties will sign a confidentiality agreement before any work begins. If they decide to go with another agency, all materials will be destroyed. Your sensitive business information is safe with PDI!
